Sugar free drink make us fat?
I am a 13 year old boy, and I have lost 90 lbs and feel great. My nutritionist said, I am alowed drink without sugar Kool-Aid. So, why so many people have a bad wrap with this stuff? I mean, come on! It's SUGAR FREE! ONLY 5 calories 0 g fat 0 sugar! II drink once a day for 3 days and how have not won lbs! BTW I said burn 1700 calories just by lying around, so they I I say a high metabolism. And they want me to have 1800-2000 calories per day. If you have not won lbs after eating sugar-free Kool-Aid!
Sugar free is not without sugar. Probably contains aspartame or some form of chemicals that are equally harmful. Listen to why sugar-free drinks taste good, but because it does not mean no calories sugar does nothing that you drink for sweetening. A glass of sugar-free Kool-Aid a few times a week is good, but if that's all what drink you are preparing to go back to the train of sweets, because by drinking this crap go its just that you want more "sweet" things.
